What it does

Built around the way acquirers actually work.

Most deal tracking happens in spreadsheets and email. This platform replaces that with a structured, repeatable evaluation workflow.

Fit Scoring
Every deal scored before you spend an hour on it.
A 6-factor model scores each opportunity against your acquisition criteria — industry, geography, SDE range, business age, owner dependence, and revenue growth. Scores update automatically as deal data changes.
CIM Analysis
Extract financials from any CIM in under a minute.
Upload a PDF or PPTX and the platform pulls revenue, EBITDA, SDE, margins, and implied multiples across three years — with confidence levels and source quotes attached to every field.
Pipeline Tracking
One place for every deal, from first look to close.
A kanban-style pipeline tracks status across new, reviewing, contacted, passed, and closed. Attach CIMs, financial models, analyst comments, and investor notes directly to each deal record.
Platform

Every tool your pipeline requires.

Scoring Engine

A consistent framework for every deal you evaluate.

The fit scoring engine applies the same 6-factor rubric to every opportunity in your pipeline. Scores are weighted by factor — industry and SDE range carry more weight than business age — and the breakdown is always visible so you can explain your pass or proceed decision in writing.

CIM Analyzer

Structured financial extraction from unstructured documents.

CIMs arrive in every format. The analyzer parses PDFs and slide decks and returns a structured output: three years of revenue and EBITDA, SDE, margins, asking price, and implied multiple. Each field includes a confidence level and the source quote it was drawn from.

FAQ

Common questions.

What file formats does the CIM analyzer support?
PDF and PPTX. Most CIMs arrive in one of these two formats. The extractor handles both multi-page decks and text-heavy documents.
How is the fit score calculated?
The score is a weighted average across six factors: industry match (25%), SDE range (25%), geography (20%), business age (10%), owner dependence (10%), and revenue growth (10%). Weights and target criteria are configurable per searcher.
Can I share deals with my investors?
Yes. Each deal has a collaboration layer — you can post comments, upload models, and record investor scoring. The investor criteria panel lets you log how a specific deal aligns with a given LP's thesis.
Is my deal data private?
All deal data is stored in a private database scoped to your account. Nothing is shared externally or used to train models.
What does the pipeline view look like?
A kanban board with five columns: New, Reviewing, Contacted, Passed, and Closed. Each card shows business name, industry, location, SDE, and fit score at a glance.
Who is this built for?
Self-funded searchers, traditional search funds, independent sponsors, and ETA entrepreneurs who want a structured, repeatable deal evaluation process.
